Our Music Label Signing Artist Process
What we stand for
Step 1: Get Discovered
Our Music Talent A&R Scouts are constantly searching for exceptional artists across streaming platforms, social media, live performances, and referrals. If one of our A&R Scouts discovers your music and believes you have potential, they'll contact you directly to hear more of your catalog, learn about your story, and evaluate whether you're a good fit for JZaviea Records.
Step 2: Executive Review & Artist Showcase
Once our A&R Scout believes you're a strong candidate, your music and artist profile are presented to our label executives for review. If the executive team shares the same excitement about your talent, we'll schedule either a virtual meeting or an in-person audition where you'll perform live and meet with our A&R team and executives.
After this meeting, if everyone agrees you're the right fit, we'll determine the best partnership for your career:

Management Agreement – Designed for newer artists who need development, branding, and career guidance before entering a recording agreement.

Recording (Label) Agreement – Offered to experienced artists, artists with an established fan base, or exceptional talent that is ready to be released through JZaviea Records.
Step 3: Official Signing
Once an agreement has been approved, it's time to officially join the JZaviea Records family.

Recording Artists: If you're signing a recording agreement, we'll fly you to our headquarters (unless you're local) to officially sign your contract and celebrate your new partnership.

Management Artists: Management agreements can be signed securely online from anywhere in the world, or in person if you live nearby and would like to visit our office.

This marks the beginning of your journey with our team.
Step 4: Artist Launch & Development
After signing, you'll begin your official onboarding into JZaviea Records.
Your first weeks include:

Meetings with your assigned A&R Representative, Manager, Branding Team, and Public Relations Team
